There are many different coaching schools around the world, each bringing their own unique amalgam of philosophy, personnel, process and model. We want to support you in choosing a school that will deliver to you the training you are looking for, that meets your needs, intentions, goals and interests, and that is ideally suited for who you are. Everyone who wants to become a coach is searching for a training program that fits with who they are. One school may be ideal for one person, yet another person may find that a different school is a better fit for them.
Throughout the years that Kellie and I have been in the coaching community, we have encountered many extraordinary coaches who were trained at many different schools. We have come to understand that there are many pathways to greatness, and that each person must walk their own path. In keeping with that understanding, we would like to offer you our recommendations to the coach training schools that we consider to be exceptional in their comprehensive training.
We would advise you to do your homework in researching these schools and their programs. Look for the best fit for you, whatever makes the most sense personally and professionally. Compare their curricula, talk with their graduates, satisfy both your intellect and your heart that the program you choose is the one to empower you to be who you want to be, and go where you want to go.
Just so we are clear, both Kellie and Carmine are graduates of iPEC. Yes, that probably means we are biased, but with good reason. There are coaching training schools out there that will gladly take your money and completely fail to teach you how to coach. On the other hand, iPEC simply has a world-class program, which is why we continue to recommend them above all other schools.
